Wen Sheng Gao, Esq.
Whe Sheng Gao, Esq. completed different levels of legal education in the United States and in China. He received his J.D. and L.L.M. degrees from William S. Richardson School of Law (WSRSL), University of Hawaii. Before attending WSRSL, he already received his L.L.B. from Xiamen University and a Post-graduate Certificate from Tsinghua University. The multiple-jurisdiction and multiple-level of legal education background give him the quality to handle complicated legal matters.
Wen Sheng Gao, Esq. is licensed to practice law in Hawaii and New York. He is licensed to practice law in China, too.
Wen Sheng Gao, Esq. was a trial attorney in China, and he has handled hundreds of trial cases. He is also an experienced business manager and a community leader. He was a Corporate Contract and Business Planning Administrator at HN Fuzhou Industrial Incorporation in China, and later he owned and operated a computer and IT business in the City of New York. While he was the business manager, he participated in a corporation re-organization project, and supervised the corporate contractual activities and the periodical business planning. While he was the business owner and operator, he managed the business to become the IT and networking project contractor of the Department of Education, MTA contractor, private schools, banks and other businesses and organizations. When he was in the City of New York, he once served as the community consultant and event organizer for some large non-for-profit associations; and he was the founder and administrator for many community websites based in the City of New York.
